Issue: web page for either publisher or subscriber will not load. https://ictcmpub.pec1.com https://ictcmsub.pec1.com  Restarting the Tomcat service should resolve this issue.  Log in to ictcmsub or ictcmpub either through the SecureCRT or VMWare console enter the command utils service list This will show a list of all the services. The service must be entered as it is listed here. It will show that the Cisco Tomcat is started. Enter the command utils service restart Cisco Tomcat  Wait until the server shows started Check the web page
