Email conflicts with policy
Your email message conflicts with a policy in your organization. Issues: Message is sent to people outside your organization. Message contains the following sensitive information: U.S. Driver's License Number If you are receiving this error Your email went through to the intended recipient. This is an automated response letting you know that this email is in conflict with a policy that we have set up regarding personally identifiable information. We have the policies set to notify only and not block the email. The best practice in this case is to encrypt the email. An email went out a while back regarding encrypted email. You can encrypt email from Outlook by selecting selecting the Options tab and selecting Encrypt from the menu. Encrypt-Only is the best option for this.

Outlook Locking up
Do to some Synchronization logs failures it will create thousands and slow down your Outlook. Step 1. Turn off the download logs by Opening outlook go to FILE, then Account Settings, Then Data Files tab, click the user account and settings, then Advanced Tab, uncheck the download shared folders. Step 2. Delete synchronization logs Find a syncronization log failed email and create a rule base on that email based on the subject and move to deleted. Run the rule and Empty the deleted folder.
