Scanning to email with Papercut options
We discovered today that scanning 11x17 to email using the papercut option does not scan the entire image. It will also does not scan mixed originals. To work around this, select the Access Device option and then select email. This will auto sense the document size. If you want to scan mixed originals, you will need to scroll down the options and select original size. The bottom option will allow you to scan mixed originals.

HP Plotters Page Count Software
Lawrence and Topeka have HP plotters that report their page counts to Drexel. The software is called PrinterPointAgent. It is installed on LWC90X. There may be times that Drexel will ask us to install an updated version. The will send us a link to the software package. This package is setup specifically for PEC. Once it is installed, the software connects to the two printers and sends page count data to Drexel.
