Globalsign USB token digital ID will not download to token and errors with -2146893792 CertEnrollment::_CreatRequest: An internal error occurred. 0x80090020 (-214893792 NTE_FAIL)

When a user is attempting their Globalsign Digital ID to their token, they receive this error:

Solution: Old version of the SafeNet applications. As of 07/27/2023, this error occurs on SafeNet version 10.6-R6.

IT needs to upgrade the SafeNet application to 10.8 R8 or later.

Application is located in the IT Deploy server folder underneath .\Globalsign.
