After following the below steps installing the 32bit version of Office and Newforma seemed to resolve the issue.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type regedit in the blank box, and then press ENTER.
3. In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook
4. Select the subkey, and then press DELETE. Click Yes.
5. Quit Registry Editor. Start Outlook.
6. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
7. Select your Microsoft Office suit and then click the Change button. Next, click Repair and then click Continue.
8. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.
Hope this is helpful to you.
