By default Chrome saves downloaded files to the Downloads folder. Chrome does not give an option to save as. To enable Chrome Save as option follow these steps.

1. Click on the 3 vertical dots. Located on the upper right side of the browser just below the X. This will open settings in a new tab.
    
2. Click on Advanced to drop down the advanced menu.
   
3. Click on the Downloads option
   
4. To the right of the menu, turn on "Ask where to save each file before downloading".
   
5. Close the setting tab
