open an elevated command prompt

"%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper\AdskLicensingInstHelper.exe" change --prod_key INSERT LICENSE KEY HERE --prod_ver 2020.0.0.F --lic_method "" --lic_server_type "" --lic_servers ""

make sure you insert the correct license key, can be found here

it will seem like nothing happened, but then you can open application and it will ask you what license you want to use
