The network version of SKM instructions-

Install as administrator

\\ictfile1\deploy\20X Electrical\SKM\PTW32_V11002b1_Installation_Files_FlexLM.exe

-Should install to the C:\ptw32

Directory

Copy the file 

\\ictfile1\deploy\20X Electrical\SKM\ptw32x.lic

into C:\ptw32\bin

Run as Admin 

the C:\ptw32\bin\HASPUserSetup.exe

Open in browser

Configuration

Access to Remote License Managers

update configuration to

remote license search parameters to 10.0.0.225 and click submit

In c:\ptw32\bin Directory we have to rename a file from

nethasp.ini to nethasp_.ini

Put an Underscore in the name.

Then we need to create a file

copy the ini file from

\\ictfile1\deploy\20X Electrical\SKM\NETHASP INI\nethasp.ini

to

C:\PTW32\Lib

Inside the text file it should have

IP, 10.0.0.225

Create a shortcut to on desktop of user to 

C:\PTW32\bin\RegDel.exe

When opening SKM you will be given a prompt 

the 2 choices are Network Hardware Key and 

Network FLexLm License file. 

Depending on what they need is what they will use. 

To switch they have to run the RegDel.exe to Clear the Security Key preference. 

Save and close

for switching between network and Local create a shortcut on desktop to

c:\ptw32\bin\regdel.exe organize by type to find easily

then right click and send to desktop

when they need to switch choose option 3.
