Email conflicts with policy

If you are receiving this errorYour email went through to the intended recipient. This is an automated response letting you know that this email is in conflict with a policy that we have set up regarding personally identifiable information. We have the policies set to notify only and not block the email. The best practice in this case is to encrypt the email. An email went out a while back regarding encrypted email. You can encrypt email from Outlook by selecting selecting the Options tab and selecting Encrypt from the menu. Encrypt-Only is the best option for this.
