ProjectWise Certificate Information dialog

Users can close this dialog and continue working normally unless the server happens to be one they need to access (Transystems in this case). The IP address resolves to projectwise.transystems.com.

Transystems has since updated their certificate and everything is functioning normally. No dialogs are presented to users.
