We discovered today that scanning 11x17 to email using the papercut option does not scan the entire image. It will also does not scan mixed originals. To work around this, select the Access Device option and then select email. This will auto sense the document size. If you want to scan mixed originals, you will need to scroll down the options and select original size.

 The bottom option will allow you to scan mixed originals.
